Our chefs have specialized skills with focus on South/North Indian Specialities. We also carry rare dishes from other Southern regions like Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Kerala. In addition, our chefs have each a unique skill, we have experts in fruit carvings, ice sculpting, specialized chutney preprations with over 20 varieties.
